Crochet does grow in Brooklyn!

Released on = December 27, 2006, 11:46 am

Press Release Author = Yvonne Tate

Industry = Education

Press Release Summary = Take a class, join a circle or get a private lesson.

Press Release Body = Always wanted to learn to crochet...why not now? Already know
how? Brush up on your skills and take them to another level.

Crochet is hot...it\'s not just granny squares and the doilies you may remember of
generations past. Check out fashion magazines, clothing catalogs, retail stores, TV
shows, etc.

\"It\'s cheaper than therapy\" is a phrase often used, referring to the calming effect
it has on frazzled nerves.

In being mentored by the Craft Yarn Council of America to teach and by the Crochet
Guild of America to design and see it as a profession, in addition to networking
with various other talents, I strive to continue promoting the beauty and art of
crochet.
